Deposits

Did you know that you may reserve your desired vehicle 'out of hours' by making a payment of £250?  The deposit is taken subject to you viewing the vehicle.

Should you subsequently view the vehicle (within 3 days) and decide to not go ahead with the purchase, the deposit will be fully refunded to you.

Vehicle Payment and Collection

Payments can be made by bank transfer,  or by using our finance facilities.   Cash is also accepted up to a maximum of £9,000, although payments by cash in excess of £5,000 will attract a fee of 2%.  No payment over £1,000 will be accepted by debit or credit card.  Personal cheques are not accepted. 

Pick up of your new vehicle (and delivery of your trade-in if part-exchanging,) can take place at our showroom in Clay Cross, where you will always receive a warm welcome.

Please remember to bring photographic ID (Passport or UK driving licence) with you.  

Delivery Service

Alternatively, if you live afar, you may wish to take advantage of our UK (mainland) delivery service.  Our professional driver would drive the car to your home address and undertake the handover of your new vehicle, including payment. There is a charge for this service which covers driver’s costs, fuel, and use of our trailer. Please note that this service for the collection and delivery of customer vehicles for seat conversions is limited to 200 miles from our postcode S45 9BF.

We would need to check your ID and appraise your part exchange (if it's the first time we've seen it) to ensure it is as described when we did the deal.

If for any reason you decide not to complete the purchase when seeing the vehicle for the first time, all we would need would be payment of the driver's costs including any fuel.
